Aside from taking 2 weeks to arrive, upon opening the box I found one of the pint trays was broken. I immediately sent a message via my delivery notification email, including pictures, and heard nothing back. However, once I had finally gained their attention, my broken tray was replaced. It arrived today and I am satisfied with the resolution.
I am disappointed. A box holds 12 and takes up little more than your rack which only holds 6. Therefore it did not solve my storage problem as I hoped.
